These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of My Waifu Cards ("the site", "we", "us"). By visiting or using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. What this site is

My Waifu Cards is a free, fan-made anime trading card collection tracker. It allows you to browse card databases, mark cards as owned or wanted, and track estimated collection values. The site is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any trading card publisher, including but not limited to Bushiroad, Kadokawa, or any other rights holder.

You may use this site for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Specifically, you may:

3. User accounts

You may optionally create an account using Google or Discord OAuth. By creating an account you confirm that you are at least 13 years old (or the minimum digital age in your country) and that you will not share account access with others. We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms or that have been inactive for more than 24 months.

Your collection data is yours. You may delete your account and all associated data at any time from the account settings.

4. Intellectual property

All card images, names, artwork, and game text displayed on this site are the intellectual property of their respective creators and publishers. My Waifu Cards does not claim ownership of any card content. Images are used under the assumption of fair use for fan reference and educational purposes. If you are a rights holder and believe content should be removed, please contact us and we will act promptly.

The site's own code, layout, and original written content are © My Waifu Cards. You may not reproduce or redistribute these without permission.

5. Affiliate links and commercial disclosure

Some links on this site are affiliate links. When you click these links and make a purchase, we may receive a small commission at no additional cost to you. Affiliate programmes used include:

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, My Waifu Cards and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or errors in card information.

Your use of the site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what data we collect and how we use it under GDPR.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
